Long Term Evolution or “LTE” is a new broadband 4G wireless network standard. It is intended to offer significantly faster data speeds than traditional 3G cellular networks. Previous implementation of the 450MHz band was primarily based around CDMA modulated systems, now however, 450 LTE is becoming the standard due to its increased capacity, higher speeds and low latency.

It’s taken its time, but ultra-wideband (UWB) has finally arrived. After dragging its heels for several decades, UWB is finally seeing the light of day in a host of consumer and industrial devices and applications. It now looks set to be widely developed and join other popular wireless standards such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GNSS.
